At this moment yes...but a good hit at AT-12 or extending Eagle's nest to 2000m would change that very quickly and I believe at least one of these events will happen in the next 3-6 months and will change our valuation dramatically and will also change our take out price and people's perception of what it should be.

Shareholder fatigue like you are alluding to changes rapidly when the status quo changes. I believe the status quo will be changing in the next few months.
