That was for a 100 year mine life...companies give very little value to anything past 15 years. The Chromite market is also very small. The world could suck up all the nickel, copper and PGE as fast as we could produce it without much effect on prices.
If Cliff's did that with their Chromite mine, they would overwelm demand and cause prices to crater. Do not confuse the Insitue value of these deposits, very big error. That was the big problem with some of the blue sky scenarios some FWR holders had that just did not make sense-they were living in a dream world when I saw $15.00 per share. However, look at the valuation it has added to Cliff's, some $4.10 per share so Cliff's made out quite well!! So will anyone who buys us out for $10 per share!
