We do not remotely know enough about this transaction to say one way or another what it is about. It reminds me of way back, when Probe gives a news release about it's claims in around Eagle one. Nobody understood what it was about. But a year or so later NOT now owns half of those claims. Again we did not know what the dispute was about but we certainly found out later the out come. NOT has done what was required by law, telling us there has been an equity financing and it was over some kind of dispute with one or more institutional holders of FWR. This is all we know.
