The Plan of Arrangement of the CLF offer has not been mailed out; no one, other than the players, has seen the legalize of the offer; hence, Wes could not comment on its details.

"The transaction will be effected by way of Plan of Arrangement. Freewest expects to mail a management proxy circular to shareholders in December for a special meeting of shareholders to be held in January 2010. It is expected that the transaction will be completed shortly after the special shareholders' meeting".

IMO, Wes could not wait on the FWR's management proxy circular. The last thing he would want is another white knight showing up before he has sufficient control of FWR.
