Noront has enough trouble with the attempt at FWR merger, why would they want to shoulder that additional burden at this time?

Should Noront merge and a few months go by then ask me why not SPQ and KWG.

Same applies to Cliffs after FWR chromite in hand, to go after Noront's or the other two's chromite deposits.

None of them need to aquire all right away but sooner or later you want all of any value due to economy of scale and mine life longevity. Yes longevity even if over half a century. Why risk having local competition.
