I believe the fact that NOT did not make simultaneous bids for KWG and SPQ may be sending a really negative message as to what is motivating NOT. Many SPQ/KWG shareholders will not vote their FWR shares for NOT if they feel SPQ and KWG are being squeezed out of the action. Thats my gut feeling, what are we missing ?
