I'd like to clarify one thing.

I am hardly what you would call a day trader, I just thought FWR had reached a ceiling which was not going to move one way or the other for a little while, and I thought that NOT had far more upside in the short term.

I am only playing with about 10,000 shares fwr to about 3100 shares of not, either way it goes I do not have TOO much in jeopardy playing with this amount.
