Just trying to put things in perspective....

We have not seen the written offer from cliffs yet. When we do we will understand how the 6 million dollar payment works.

All the talk today is just that, talk, no facts. Lets wait to see the offer.

The offer from NOT is 4 shares for 1 share. You can place a value on it, but it changes minute to minute, to me its a good deal, I think it will get better but how much better we will see. today its the equivent of 56.25 cents per share, Cliffs is .55 plus the new freewest shares with whatever value they have, in the offer it puts a value at 15 cents, that value for me is very overvalued, the only thing we have going for us is QUC for about 4 or 5 cents a share, clarence stream and windfall are worth pennies if nothing at all unless we actually do some work there. Your offer from cliffs is .55 cents per share CANADIAN in order to get a Cliffs share for about$45 US ( $49 cdn or thereabouts?) or about 90 freewest shares for 1 cliff share. Cliffs will increase in value but not at the pace of the ROF.

I sold a portion of my FWR at a 100% profit to buy NOT, I have since made 20% profit on the NOT shares. Monday I expect not to go back up and I will sell those to buy back into FWR. I own about the same value in NOT and FWR, I think we are winners with these companies combined, I am not so sure the value of Cliffs will accelerate as fast as the value of the RING OF FIRE. We are all playing the big game here and that is getting the best value we can for our investment.

It will be an interesting week coming up and I hope that all our shareholders find value in the offers that will be forthcoming.

Regards

Storm
