I'm just thinking out loud here but maybe that's what the board is trying to get us to do. Sell your FWR shares at a premium and buy NOT, to take advantage of the spread. Meanwhile, their hedge buddies are buying up all the FWR shares and are planning on tendering to NOT so the deal goes through?

We all have too much time on our hands right now as we wait for things to shake out so even the craziest ideas seem possible right now.
