NOT wants FWR shareholders to tender their shares....FWR is at .48.......4X .48=1.92.. Presently NOT is at 1.61.... Why would anyone tender their shares of FWR..?Why pay 1.92 for NOT when you can sell your FWR and buy NOT for 1.61...I don't get it unless there is going to be a dramatic uptrend in NOT in the next few days....I just hope Wes and the BOD have not totally miscalculated in their attempt to get FWR...BTW I hold both NOT & FWR...Any insight into what is going would be greatly appreciated...The sp of NOT and FWR is not what I had expected,this late in the game.....Regards...R R
