In reality one of these 2 companies needs to come out with drilling news. assays, spectacular assays to make one side or the other decide that the offer is good for everyone.

If they don't share any news that shows value, there will be no deal, we'll be stalemated, just like we've been for the last 4 weeks.

Its time to sh*t or get off the pot for both of them. 8 days till the deadline passes.
