Who is the NR targeting?

There are always extremist (die hard loyals) on FWR and on NOT's fence. I think Wes or NOT BOD or both are trying to target those on the fence. Who are they, why are on the fence and did this NR do the job? I think they've got to up the offer to do the job. And NOT is still not coming off like they are serious, it feels like they are going through some obligated path -like Obama's health plan -it's a joke so far not to be taken lightly, but not to be taken seriously yet either -an entry step. I'm waiting for NOT and FWR to pull out the big guns.

A big gun would be a sneaky large share percentage held in NOT camp, or upping the offer, or FWR releasing a counter offer by another Major, a step-out, a nickel find by FWR, or something of that nature.

keep trying Wes, NOT BOD, or both. This will be a fun week. Hopefully both shares will prosper as then world finds out more about ROF.
