Lance - good guess on why many shareholders who have both FWR and NOT would still hold on to their NOT shares if they seem to be pushing FWR in this takeover attempt.

Unfortunately, my guess is that it has a lot more to do with when the shares were bought and at what price. I have NOT shares and hope like hell that they will increase in value. Most of my shares were bought at $4, $5, $6 dollar range so I would like to see some kind of an increase to offset some of the expected loss.

And yes they are held in an RSP so taking a capital loss is not part of the game.
