"The cease trade is against the Shareholder Rights Plan...to cease trade the 'Rights' that accompany each share, not the shares themselves."

I wondered at this as the wording I found peculiar. A strange term to use given that we're not trading rights so how does one cease trade them? If you consider that we are trading the rights every time shares are sold, does that mean shares that were bought before a cease trade on rights have the rights grandfathered? I'll be interested in finding out how this plays out.
