I don't think I fully understood the language of the report on this, but under a cease trade, FWR's sp theoretically would be locked while NOT's sp would have the advantage of increasing well past the 4 to 1 which could be an enticement to take the deal and make a nice quick ROI. We have those that have achieved a religious experience through FWR but there are a lot that got in waiting for the surge in premium who would happily turn in their shares and then sell NOT shortly after. Just a thought and again..... all theoretical.
