SNC question from BNN interview...

in watching the interview, I heard Wes mention that they have hired SNC Lavelin and used the word ' tradeoff '. Would this mean we they are working without NOT having any capital outlay? There services would be settled in the form of share or other form of investment. SNC is a very large and prominent company they must see value if this is the intended 'tradeoff' for services. Just thinking, thoughts?
