Pumping the amalgamation

Amazing how much of a push there is to sell you on the idea of "how good it would be" for all concerned to have the joining of the two companies. Posters coming out of the woodwork on this one. Wonder where they're all coming from. HMMMMM. Sounds like the same tactics of the dissident group only in reverse.... this time they want something instead of wanting to get rid of it. It may well be a good thing ultimately, but the sell is on and the attempt is there to get you to buy the idea. Lots of offerings of ideas stated as truths when we don't totally know them all yet... if we ever do. It's quite interesting to note the degree of emotionalism from posters, some of whom seem a little out of character. True colours revealed? As I've said before, I also believe that the best deal will come with a consolidation. Lots of stories to happen before then however and not all involved will be equally happy. It's just not realistic to expect it. Well, it is a very speculative game isn't it.

There are those that say, "you'll never get the money you'd like 'cause no buyer will pay that". I would say that if you have to sell, that will certainly be the case. However, if NOT is true to their word about taking this to production, then the buyers become motivated as the competition becomes a threat. Now the seller is in the power seat. The former is based on the fact that NOT would keep to their original commitment. That takes a leap of faith on the investors part. Enjoy the journey.
