I think NOT will have to prove to them also that there is good reason to do this. They've been a long time holding back the goods. We'll need some proof.

On another note, I wonder if NOT is legally allowed to divulge new material information at the AGM. Being that they have provided for anyone who wants to participate in receiving information, the means of doing so, on the phone etc., I would suspect that this could meet with proper dissemination criteria.
