NOT/FWR Merger

Strictly looking at the volume and price of FWR, I believe that the institutions that are supporting this merger are feeling more confident that this will happen as the gap between NOT and FWRx4 is closing pretty good.

We have traded over 18M shares since Monday. When the circular comes out next week, they will give 35 days for this to happen. If the pace of shares sold keeps up, I believe that there will be enough FWR shares in the hands of pro merger groups to make this happen.
