The way I read it, in this hostile situation, once announced, the offer will be for your shares.

You don't vote, you tender your shares. I believe NOT is looking for at least 2/3 rds, and removal of the poison pills. If / when sufficient shares are tendered, they will be taken up, and you receive your NOT shares. If not, the tender expires, and you keep your FWR.

This could change if negotiations turn friendly.
