Wait for the official offer to be made. So far Noront has only indicated they will be making an offer. At that time the FWR shareholders can see what the offer is and what the conditions are. Until them we are all in the dark. FWR will look at the offer and make an official recommendation to its shareholders. The SH will be free to do as they please with their shares. NOT will decide how many they will want to make the offer official. A date will be set for owning FWR and voting. Any shares bought after the set date will not have a vote.
