OK, the 17cents was way back 4 months ago but the huge move from 1.25 to over $4 was in the last month and this represented about 30% or the value of FWR at the time. I really think this was the trigger that got FWR going.

At the end of the day, FWR has been sitting between 20-25 cents for months and for people to now say it it worth alot more than the 4-1 offer of NOT is not realistic IMO.
