Cos I think you should put this 1.5 Million that the co.CEO's received in the true context. As opposed to the inflection that you are trying to put on it.

This 4 million is in the event of an unsolicited takeover.

Mac received about $ 150,000.00 per annum , Our Co. Ceo's Received about 10 times that for 10 months plus options at .80 cents also this was for 2 days a week.
