Since Sept 15th, Anonymous has purchased a net position of over 1M shares. I guess the NR of Sept 15th was viewed as pretty good by someone with deep pockets who wishes to stay anonymous?

If Cliff's was really serious about this area, at some point they will want to take over Noront. They can accumulate up to 9.9% before having to report. I have no proof that Cliff is behind some of this anonymous buying but someone is...
