Couple other things I just remembered...

Someone asked about the deep drills and how far they would go. Wes said 1200 metres and then they're pretty much tapped.

Also he mentioned that they (NOT) are strategically placed on the INSIDE of the Ring of Fire. He used his pointer and pointed out the purple(?) areas that belonged to Noront, which was predominantly on the inside of the red ROF line. He said that didn't expect much useful minerals on the outside of it.

I think he said something about them not yet finding the best route to bring things in and out, or for roadways etc. Although I personally liked that staked route someone pointed out the other day.

Talked about how one of his first jobs was in Nakina - for 5 years (I could be well off here) and that he swore he would never go back (sarcasm).

My apologies if this is redundant and available on the mp3 or presentation. I figure some will appreciate not having to go through both.

I'll jot down any more things if I remember them. I know some of the more knowledegable posters were there and have yet to post anything yet - I'm looking fwd to their spin as well.

And he was very coy in divulging info. Kind of like interviewing the detective on a hot case...I can't answer that, next question, won't respond to that etc.

Oh ya, some guy from the Northern Miner asked Wes to comment on the view that Noront is being touted as an old boys club specializing in the pump and dump. Wes joked that he was not that old - stared down the reporter and said it didn't deserve an answer. Frankly after that presentation it seemed like a pretty ridiculous question to ask.
