Message: Vision and Mission

Not sure what's been posted BUT, he mentioned how they went to South Africa and all the South Africans joked about the biggest problem with our mine is that it wasn't theirs! Wes said he heard that joke so often it almost wasn't funny anymore.

Also mentioned that a good thickness of chromite in SA is like 2M - that's excellent. NOT's thickness of chromite goes up to 75M. Yep, astounding.

On the downside he said that it would be a very difficult sell in Canada. Chromite production, although archaic by North American standards in Africa - is very labour intensive. Said the Africans physically hand bomb 30 lb chunks onto their trucks. Obviously could be streamlined back home, but very expensive to produce. Lots of energy, and no doubt a major capital investment for something there is not exactly a selling channel here for.

Of course, at the beginning of the presentation he went on about how all challenges can be overcome - and that Noront will have lots of challenges (more specifically trying to mine in a marsh)
