Deleting Posts

Presidents and VPs have the power to remove posts but if you are going to do that please do it properly. Flag the post as a violation and then go to the 'manage the violation' on the left side and do what you feel is appropriate under the guidelines. At least that way we have a track record of who consistently violates posting rules and who is removing them.

Of the 40 most recent posts 16 were removed. If the posts don't violate the rules and you don't like them then live with it. If they are violations then deal with them properly. If they are repetitive violators after being given advice/warnings then ban them.
