I did not mean to insinuate that Americans cannot buy Noront today elsewhere.

They can indeed buy through other foreign exchanges i.e. Stuttgart etc. but I do not know all the other exchange symbols.

In other words, when Toronto is closed Americans cannot purchase Noront through Canada. When I purchase Noront ,I must ask for the Global Desk at Schwab and they then call directly to a brokerage in Toronto and get me a real time quote.
