Frankfurt does not recognize TSX holidays and will trade Canadian stocks on our down days. As far as news goes, recently Energulf had a NR with a halt. Frankfurt traded openly before the halt and it was obvious news was pending by the SP and volume. Once the TSX halted ENG, Frankfurt followed suit. So I wouldn't put too much into the fact they are trading today, except that if they have a big increase in SP and volume they may know something advantageous, or they may read this forum and are roped!!
