The Noront shareholders voted for the old board, and won. Go do some reading about the proxy battle from last October. The takeover was launched by people who were deemed *NOT* to have the interests of the either shareholders or the company at heart.

Waiting until the next AGM means the status quo will continue; we'll need to get organized much sooner than that.

Interesting that you bring up Aurelian. You don't mention how that ended, I see. Pretty much solidifies my opinion of you.
