Hi, Miskealp1-

It's really annoying to feel that we've been treated like mushrooms by the Noront management. This latest turn with Windfall Lake feels like a fresh load of BS has been dumped on us. We Noront shareholders want more disclosure of the facts that were promised to us. Perhaps if we *had* those facts, we'd be better able to judge whether a 25% interest and a 2%NSR is a good deal or not. I know that I would appreciate having the promised assays.

My *guess* is that part of the deal with Eagle was a nondisclosure of said report. So much the better to ensure that the "right" people get in at a discount. I am not going to re-buy into any interest there; I'll just hang onto my Murgor and Freewest and hope for the best on the 2%NSR ten years down the road... but I am not holding my breath.

On the other hand, this move *does* allow Noront management to concentrate on their RoF exploration, and I think that they see direct value at hand rather than the more speculative prospects at Windfall. I know, 52 freaking ounces per ton of gold... But gold is tricky.

GLTA longs!
