Can Anyone ?

Give us any idea why we are seeing this unbelieveable buying? I know , I know must be somewhere someone knows something we do not, but if there is no news and nothing to report how can we have so much trading ? Why would these institutions be buying like mad if they didn't have a BIG inkling? Someone must be very certain, just on pure trading volume alone, any words, any tidbits at all ?
