I like how these guys operate, nothing crazy but just keep buying and accumulating everyday.

As for In-Situ value for Voisy's Bay, lots of discussion on that weather you only include Ovoid or Eastern Deeps and Western extention as well. Once you include everything, the percentage was a lot lower than 40%, I would have to look back at my file at home but I believe it was closer to 15-18%.
