Patience is definetly required. I remember having conversations with Richard, "You need a stomach of cast iron" and "Be patient nothing has changed, the assets are in the ground, they are not going away" He would repeat over and over again. The economical situation pretty well is the blame for Noronts fall. It is what it is, let us all stay positive, lets welcome Wes and give him the opportunity to do what we are paying him for. I am sure that our current management will not sell NOT at a loss. Time and Patience will work hand in hand. IMHO, NORONT shall succeed and reward all investors that stayed long.
