I have to agree on the significance of this agreement with the First Nation at Martin Falls.
It serves several Indicative Puropses, and each is very Significant.
1st. This shows that the First Nation at Martin Falls is willing now and able to work with the current BoD.
2nd. This shows us Share Holders that the current BoD can be accepted by other Interested Parties.
3rd. It demonstrates that a previously agreeded consideration by the former NOT BoD and the Martin Falls First Nation can be, and is being, followed up on by both Parties (and I feel very assured by the several other associated and directly/indirectly related Parties such as the other Area First Nations Groups and Explorers, and varia of Government(s) and their Agencies, etc.), and the Formalization of this Past Agreement/Understanding demonstrates that there is now a Format/Template upon which each Party(s) can rely, as they NOW move onto the more Important/Comprehensive Work of Planing and Negotiating the Basis of a LONG TERM Development Agreement for the entire RoF/JBL Area.
Others will be able to now join in and work off the same Format/Template, and thus speading up ALL required Negotiated Discussions/Agreements on the Much Broader SET(s) of Issues, etc. respecting Exploration followed by Development in the Much Broader Geographic Area, based on the Specifics of Noront's Eagle(s)/Blackbird(s) Development Agreement(s) .
Recall that the Prime Problem delaying Development of Voisy's Bay was the lack of Consultation and Negociated Agerrments/Understanding(s) with the Two First Nations Groups on Coastal Labrador by INCO and in connection with the NL Government and both these Parties.
Seems the Lessons have been learned and the Parties involved/affected in the JBL are working to prevent any snages and impedances to Rapid Development of both the RoF and other JBL Mineral Worthy Peospects.
All appears Good and the current BoD do appear to be working behind the scenes to gain respect. And they need to continue working on gaining such Respect.
