Agreed; it's essential that NOT continues to have a good relationship with the First Nations (thanks largely to Neil Novak). I was pleased to read Marten Falls First Nations chief Harry Baxter's words, and I hope that the future negotiations go well, whenever they start. In my previous post I was pointing out the oddity (to me) of it covering a period in the past and ending four months ago, and my thought that having a full-time CEO might help to move things along. The First Nations have seen one recent change at the helm of NOT, and I think that ending this temporary co-CEO arrangement sooner rather than later would start to solidify NOT's relationship with them. With two people running the company, it is actually possible for them to speak with forked tongue, because there are indeed two tongues wagging, and very limited time for coordinating them, working 2 days a week.
