"15% above the 20 day average"???

I would think, as Sum says, That everyone, even prospective buyers, understands the huge discount that applies here regarding trading value as opposed to actual value. We have a world wide depression on our hands. If someone was going to put an actual offer on the table, which isn't going to happen, short term, They would understand that they would have to be talking, maybe 300/400% above average trading prices. Otherwise they would be just wasting time and effort for nothing.

Everyone is eagerly anticipating some sort of buyout offer. Why? I have even found myself doing the same at times. The only purpose an offer would serve at this point is to show just what value the industry puts on the ROF. For anyone to actually consider a sale at this time is silly. There is no where in Canada or anywhere else in the world for that matter that offers better prospects going forward. Why get rid of it? Sometime in the next 6 months???, this market is going to turn around. When it does, do we want to be trying to get in on some gold or copper play in Peru, or Uruguay, Or maybe hope that diamond exploration in the far north comes back to life? Or do we want to be able to sit back and watch as all the core that is coming out of the ground today and tomorrow, suddenly becomes the talk of the town?

Regards
