Not even the principals would profit from that. I doubt there is much worry in accepting such an offer. Doubtful it would even be passed by the governing bodies given the spotlight on this project. It's too big and though it may not be openly discussed, for strategic reasons, it is certainly well known what the minimum value could/should be. I don't think that our BOD would give much time to such an offer.
