miskealp,

If Noront decides to take one more look at Windfall it must be based on a sound risk/reward analysis. A change in the status of Windfall must be made public. A second attempt at Windfall caries many risks for the new board. If they should fail a second attempt I would be calling for their resignation. This would only be fair to Richard.
