Since we do not know who bought into the last private placement at 80 cents one has to assume Rousseau's average cost is above $4 and you can bet they are looking for that at a minimum and likely far more.

"Follow the money" didn't work for me when chasing Noront to average down but sometime you just have to exercise patience.
