Well, anyone can accumulate up to 9.99% without disclosure. Once you cross this threshold, you have to declare your holding and then declare any changes in those holdings on a regular basis. So if any major wants to buy us out, they would buy up to 9.99% before going public with there intentions as this would cause a rise in SP value.
