Thanks, Misfit. Most of us are the guy who owns that $250,000 house. We don't have to sell no matter what others are selling at. I share your views. Glad to see you are one of the few who see that this financial cricis has its roots back in the Clinton/Greenspan years. Most blame Bush. He wasn't able or willing to change much as the party rolled on. A Happy, Healthy, and BETTER 2009 for all.
