I'm not saying we should drop our guard where the BOD of directors is concerned, I have said on a number of occasions that 'keeping their feet to the fire' is desirous. However, we don't know that they aren't working on our behalf at this point.

The issuing of options to themselves wasn't exactly a surprise as a matter of fact it was predicted. I don't like it either, but at least, they have something to work for as well. I am not saying they are honest or dishonest at this point.....I am saying that we have another fish to fry momentarily.

When we have completed the task at hand, which is the communique to CBC, et al then we should get back to trying to communicate with our board. But, shoving criticism without justification is like pi$$ing in the wind. Lets find out what they are up to and then take the appropriate action.
