maybe tou are forgetting that the OSC and NOT are some what interrelated by way of Rosseau, so laying off the BOD is maybe not appropriate at this time. The only success I have witnessed to date is the issuing of options to them selves and two of them are acquiring 25,000 more per month each, so keeping their feet to the fire could be a good thing
