It is flowing with what is in motion. But, to me it is manipulating, it is a guess at what a stock might do, based on the close, open, what is happening in the market, and in the sector, and based on how that stock is moving of a day and what might be the manipulating factors, I manipulate on a small scale for a small profit. No offence meant at all. Perhaps, the choice of words.
