I'm not sure what you mean by the ability to manipulate. I see it as flowing with what is already in motion. I don't move enough shares to affect any momentum to sell or buy. If I were to come on a site and say "everyone get out, I heard that NOT is going to dive", then I would consider that manipulation, to say nothing of criminal. Thus I am curious as to your use of the word manipulation in this case.
