The Board of Directors have to recognise that there is a serious 'TRUST' issue involved here.

After a nasty 'proxy' fight we have new directors and have lost Dick Nemis who many of us believe, had the retail shareholders interest always in mind.

So they shouldn't be surprised that questions arise as to the timing and pricing of this proposal. I believe that the TSX regulatory agencies should also hear warning bells ringing.

I am willing to be convinced that this 'proposal' is in the best interest of all shareholders. That will take either one or both of the following, Dick Nemis publicly stating he feels it is necessary, the TSX investigating by at least interviewing Dick Nemis, Treasurer and Geologist at Noront before approval of plan.
