The bad case scenerio:

Franz is right is appears...this long term large cash cow play is just being beaten to a pulp by the investment firms that we thought would be helping us make it to the motherlode and the 50.00 SP that would be coming with it. Even RN hinted at that earlier this year.

I guess as Franz says its time to look at the shorter term gains and reserve ourselves to gaining an exit point hopefully with a profit that serves to put some kind of smile on our faces.

The good case scenerio:

These guys know what is really happening and want more of the pie before we take off. That said lets hope we can trust our own instincts if we buy in at these prices.

My best guess right now is we go up quick to .80 and then drop a bit more as the PP news settles. I don't know if we'll be hitting .20 but you be assured we won't be staying there even with this management team, as they want to make money as well.

The best case scenerio (We can dream can't we!!)

The BOD is really trying to make things better for all of us. They want us to make money as well as themselves. They have the reserves to buy in cheap where many of us are becoming tapped for cash. They make more money on the upswing which covers some of their extensive losses over the last month or so. We get our SP increase we want. They then start to move towards expansion of the exploration and keep us on track with the original plan. Then we see a 20.00 stock price down the road with the ownership of the company still in our hands. Oh to dream....

My opinion right now is with the announcement should come an explanation from the BOD to the shareholders. Thats about the only interview I want to see on Agoracom right now. The rest is likely nothing short of bull dung.

We did all know that something was down the pipes and upon revisiting the news release I don't see this as the worst case scenerio we could be put in. It's certainly unnecessary at this point in time which makes me think we may be in for a big news release in the short term. The big boys know its there and theres good cash to be made by scooping up another 25 million shares on the cheap.

As far as the price goes check out Augusta Resources on the TSX. It was 7.00 in August and is now sub 1.00. They are ready to start mining in 2009. They are also way, way below the price they should be. I had a lot of shares in Augusta for a number of years. That stock is very similar to the Noront
