Can we get clear and concise clarification as to the particulars regarding the NON- BROKERED flow through financing, the news release suggests that the flow throught will be implemented "inhouse" and by default thereby administered by current administration. Why is IBK not implementing this? This is something they should be doing. IMHO. Has Noront severed ties with IBK?
