Good thing the shares are offered at $.80 so that it will be a real stretch for anyone to make a quick buck off this - ha

Spider was able to do a PP at $.05 when the shares are trading at $.03. At least that is a 60% increase in the base price. Even a 50% increase for the Not PP would have been approx $1.06 per share (based on the $.71 price today). Would have resulted in a more reasonable $26.5MM injection of funds.

The let's keep the SP low conspiracy appears to be alive and well.
